Project preparation and execution of real estate acquisition for an investor from Austria, June 2006 : €5 million
Preparation of a business plan for the project and a mandate for debt financing for €20 million
Gdańsk Refinery in Poland
Phase I:
Strategic consulting for Polish fuel companies on participation in the privatization of the Gdansk Refinery S.A.
Stage II:
Establishment of a special purpose vehicle, the Gdańska S.A consortium with equity participation of 17 Polish companies including AV Inwestor S.A., and participation in technical, financial
and legal and marketing due diligence of Rafineria Gdańska S.A.
Phase III:
Conducting negotiations with Nafta Polska S.A. after selection to a short list of potential investors in cooperation with KPMG ( privatization consulting) and two foreign banks. Value of the investment approximately $200 million.

Acquisition of a strategic investor - €30 million
Ensuring funding after the floods for Bogatynia City
Urgent report and assessment of losses after the flood for the Waterworks and Wastewater Treatment Plant in Bogatynia(City in Poland ), in order to obtain funds from the Regional Environmental Protection Fund in the form of grants. Preparation of documentation necessary for negotiations with the insurance company.
The measures taken made it possible to obtain nearly PLN 9.5 million in subsidies and PLN 5.050 million in compensation.
